How reviews work
Verified reviews: only guests who have stayed with us can leave a review. Reviews are published after moderation (insulting or off-topic content, or personal data).
Who can leave a review?
Only guests who have completed a confirmed stay in one of our homes. The day after check-out, they receive a personal, single-use link by email. There is no public review form.
Moderation
Every review is read before publication, usually within a few days. A review can only be refused for one of the following reasons: insulting or offensive language, spam or advertising, content unrelated to the stay, or personal data. The rating given is never a reason for refusal and no negative review is hidden. If a review is refused, the author is told the reason by email.
Display
Reviews are shown from newest to oldest, with the publication date and the month of the stay. The average rating is calculated from all published reviews. The host may post a reply below a review.
Incentives and duration
Nothing is offered in exchange for a review. Reviews remain online for as long as the home is listed, for up to 5 years. To have your review changed or removed, please contact us.
Reviews published elsewhere
Some homes show a link to reviews received on another platform (Airbnb, for example). Those reviews are not copied here: the link takes you to their source.
